Ready to chow after a challenging workout. - M.Martinez

I liked the idea of getting fit after I saw an acquaintance of mine sporting an awesome physique. I wanted to look good too, but the trouble was I was very young and I had no one to teach me how to train properly.

So I did what many inexperienced trainees do. I purchased a load of exercise books and manuals that were too advanced for my understanding and I bought every supplement I could afford...not good!

As an athlete/fitness enthusiast of more than ten years and ISSA-CFT, I will share some of my experiences, trials and tribulations with readers interested in fitness.

Furthermore, I consistently seek updated information with regards to training protocols and nutrition as newer scientific findings are discovered.
